This printer’s HP+ setup means that you’ll get the most out of it when you stick to utilizing Original HP Ink cartridges. After the initial 6 months of rapid ink are up, your monthly payment will increase to the standard rate unless you discontinue your subscription. You won’t find a better all-in-one inkjet printer on the market today than this one for your home office.
In addition to a standard USB port, the DeskJet 2710e supports wireless connections through Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Mopria-certified support, Apple AirPrint, Chrome OS, and the HP Smart App all contribute to its mobile printing capabilities.
The DeskJet 2710e can print at a maximum of 7.6 pages per minute at a resolution of 1200 dots per inch, and it also has a flatbed scanner that can handle one sheet of A4 at the exact resolution. In addition, this machine can handle a monthly duty cycle of up to a thousand pages. This is the recommended course of action, and it only takes about 50-100 pages of your time.
For the Model 2710e, you can only use HP-made cartridges, as they contain the necessary electronic circuitry. Simply put, the printer will refuse to work with any cartridges that are not made by HP. The HP 305 Black (yield: 120 pages) and the HP 305 Tri-Color (yield: 120 pages) are also acceptable options (100-page yields). However, the cost of printing is much higher than with an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw laser printer.
