Canon PIXMA iP4500 Driver

Canon Pixma iP4500At a low price, the Canon Pixma iP4500 boasts the remarkable print speed, crisp clarity, and a host of handy functions. This might be a suitable alternative to an entry-level color laser if the majority of your color output consists of images and graphics rather than charts and notes. The printer can print sophisticated graphics at rates ranging from 2.8 to 3.7 pages per minute (ppm) while outputting text at an average speed of 11.7 ppm. On plain paper, the text is crisp, black, and just a bit jagged in more complicated typefaces, but this isn’t a problem. The Canon Pixma iP4500’s photographs are superior to those produced by laser printers: Graphics in color tend to be yellowish (on both plain and picture paper), but only the flesh tones are over-emphasized.

The LED on the cartridge lights red when it is inserted correctly, which is an unusual hue for positive feedback but remains useful. It costs 7.8 cents per page to print in cyan, magenta, and yellow on the Canon Pixma iP4500 dye-based black printer. Just a fraction of a cent per page is spent on pigment-based black, which is used solely for plain text.
